LMTEK at Embedded World 2026

LMTEK at Embedded World 2026

At Embedded World 2026, LMTEK showcased its latest industrial TFT display, embedded SBC, and HMI integration capabilities, highlighting a platform approach that helps customers reduce integration complexity, improve validation efficiency, and support long-lifecycle industrial projects.

Embedded World 2026 in Nuremberg once again provided an important meeting point for OEMs, system developers, and technology suppliers across the global embedded industry.

At this year’s exhibition, LMTEK presented its latest solutions in industrial TFT displays, embedded SBC platforms, and optional HMI integration support, built around one clear concept: seamless integration from display to SBC. This reflects LMTEK’s engineering-focused approach to helping customers reduce system integration risk, shorten evaluation cycles, and build more stable long-lifecycle products.

Display, SBC, and Integration Capabilities on Show
During the event, LMTEK introduced a portfolio designed for industrial and commercial embedded applications, including industrial TFT and touch displays from 2.0” to 21.5”, embedded SBC / core board platforms, and project-based HMI integration support.

LMTEK’s display solutions support multiple interfaces, including MCU, RGB, SPI, MIPI DSI, LVDS, HDMI, and eDP, with RTP / CTP touch, air or optical bonding, and brightness options from 300 to 2000 nits. The company also supports customization such as FPC redesign, pin definition, backlight tuning, touch matching, and mechanical bezel adjustment.

On the embedded side, LMTEK provides SBC platforms aligned with display and system I/O requirements, supporting more reliable validation and integration for long-lifecycle industrial projects. Platform scope includes solutions based on NXP i.MX, Rockchip, and STM32MP, together with interface alignment and documentation support.

From Prototype to Production-Ready HMI
A key message at Embedded World 2026 was that LMTEK supports more than component supply alone.
Within platform-based projects, LMTEK can support the integration of displays, embedded SBCs, system I/O, and mechanical enclosures into production-ready HMI assemblies. This support is designed to reduce integration risk and improve the transition from validation to mass production.
Support scope can include:

  • Display and SBC alignment
  • Mechanical and front protection integration
  • Connector and cable routing coordination
  • Peripheral and system I/O integration
  • Verification deliverables such as assembly drawings, tolerance stack-up reports, and sample build reviews

    Built for Long-Lifecycle Industrial Applications
LMTEK’s platform approach is designed for projects where consistency, lifecycle control, and supply continuity matter over the long term. The company brochure highlights support for project-based validation, controlled ramp-up, BOM control, lifecycle monitoring, alternative evaluation, and 180-day PCN support.

    Typical application areas include:
  • Industrial automation
  • Energy management
  • Smart building systems
  • White goods
  • EV charger HMI and related control platforms

With in-house design and manufacturing, a 12,000 m² manufacturing facility, and 40+ dedicated hardware and system software engineers, LMTEK is positioned to support customers from early specification review through stable production and long-term lifecycle management.
